My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but they felt a bit out of date. The service was excellent, with the staff being gracious, courteous, and attentive to all our requests. The location was convenient for our needs, but the air conditioning could be improved as it was too cold. The dining experience was a highlight with the best complimentary offerings I've had, yet the overall quality was not very good. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered great value for money overall.
